My work is a result of industrial processes applied to found objects. Methods including spinning, turning, mould- making and casting are applied as a means of reappraising functional objects. Through this transformation, objects take on a new life and their purpose is visually absent and their function ceases to exist in the conventional world. As a result of this engagement, a connection between anatomical forms and machine like
structures emerges.
